Coralville residents can bring up to two boxes of personal papers to be securely shredded on site for the fall 2021 shred event on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 8am-Noon at the Coralville Aquatic Center Parking Lot, courtesy of the City of Coralville. The limit is two boxes per household; each box of papers needs to be able to be reasonably lifted by one person. The shredding machines will process all fasteners, so there is no need to remove them. Watch the shredding process through a monitor on the mobile shredding trucks. After these confidential and sensitive documents are shredded, all shredded material is baled and recycled to help protect the environment.
